I had an idea of a bird playing with a woman's hair based off of his reference here.

When I started out, I had no idea what kind of bird I would paint, or what kind of BG I would have. I didn't expect to end up with water in this painting either.
I think there were alot of little unexpected elements in this painting. The bird ended up being something like a little falcon, and the woman is apparently bathing in the water. Could be a hot spring too, since I added some mist/ steem in the BG.
